Are you an international brand with established demand for your products in Kenya but yet to register locally for importation? Our IoR service is deigned to bridge this gap. Through the years we have worked with multinational brands to make it easier for them to settle in the country by providing IoR services. This allow you to test and clearly understand the market prior to full establishment. We have however seen customers who have comfortably chosen to support their end customers through this model as a long-term strategy. So how do we get this done?

As your IoR partner we are the responsible party for your importation, taking legal liability for payment of duties, taxes and fees and compliance with customs and other government agency regulations pertaining to your imports.

The same procedure does apply for exports, under our EoR service.

Specifically, we undertake the following on your behalf:

• • We act as the importer for customs purposes at the time of import
• • We ensure the imported goods comply with local laws and regulations
• • We file completed customs duty entries and associated documents
• • We pay assessed import duties and other taxation for your goods and maintain records for the minimum duration required by law as well as required by your customers
